The situation

What wasn't working

The Guild's old site did not reflect what the organization actually is: a respected, established supporter of world-class classical music in the Pikes Peak region. The design read as amateur, and it did a poor job explaining who the Guild is and who it supports.

That gap mattered because the Guild depends on membership to operate. It needed a site that projected the same professionalism as the organization it represents, one built to convert visitors into new members, current members into renewals, and supporters into active participants.

Where the site started.

Objectives

What success needed to look like

01

Give visitors a clear, professional first impression that reflects the Guild's mission and credibility.

02

Put a filterable programs and events calendar front and center so members can plan ahead.

03

Make joining or renewing membership simple, with GiveSmart integration for fundraising and ticketing.

04

Help visitors understand who the Guild is, who they support, and why membership matters.

Execution
