A storefront that earns the price on the bottle.

The situation
What wasn't working
Throne sells peptide-first skin and scalp formulas to an audience that reads ingredient lists before it reads marketing. The store did not reflect that. It ran on a lightly customized Shopify theme, and it looked like every other supplement shop: a white nav bar, a gradient button, a stock hero, and a product page that hid the formula behind collapsed accordions.
That gap mattered because Throne competes on credibility, not volume. A research-literate buyer decides whether a brand is serious in the first few seconds, and a template storefront quietly answers that question the wrong way. The theme also buried subscribe and save, which is the part of the business that actually compounds.
Where the site started.

Objectives
What success needed to look like
01
Rebuild the storefront natively in Shopify so the design is driven by the brand, not by what a theme allows.
02
Put the full formula on the page: ingredients, dosage, benefits, and how to use it, without a single accordion.
03
Surface subscribe and save at every decision point instead of one line at checkout.
04
Build the whole experience mobile first, from the hero down to the side cart and checkout.
Execution
Homepage
Opens on the product and the standard behind it. No claims, no before-and-after photos, no urgency banners.

Shop and side cart
A filterable grid with quick add, and a side cart that shows the free shipping threshold and the subscription upgrade before a customer ever reaches checkout.

Product pages
One CMS-driven template that carries the science behind each formula: every ingredient explained, what it does and at what level, alongside dosage, benefits, usage, and subscribe and save priced next to one-time purchase.
